The 100 days the100days.com is here and rocking forward. Excited to share I’ve consistently been down 5 pounds since beginning 2012. This puts me definitely on track for 100 day goal of 10% body weight decrease. Caught up with a lot of home work projects and tonight getting life ready for my work week tomorrow.
